Swift Air Express Courier Service — courier not recd and not service at all

How can a good company like ICICI is still using this vendor for courier service. I had very bad experience earlier too and complained.

[ Are they related to somebody in the BANK. there is not evaluation process.

I have recd mesg from BANK on returned cheque 5 days back. I am struggling to track. The tracking on the website just does not work. No eslaction numbers

Phones busy/ no response. My tracking number is[protected], mesg dated 9th Jul.

This is delivery withing NCR. I do not understand how long it take a cheque to be delivered within this area. ???????????????????
