Swiggy — about refund money

Order has been placed on October 28, 2018 Order has not delivered due to unavailability of the food we have ordered
And swiggy customer care asked us to cancel the order.( I'd [protected]) and they said that we'll transfer in your bank... With in 5-7 working days
Asif now didn't receive any Refund amount from swiggy
