On 16 january 2019 i booked an order, it cost rs. 198/-. I made online payment for this. My order was not placed but amount deducted for that and a message shown, if any amount deducted will be back within 2-3 working days. After that i made next successful order for same items, it also cost rs. 198/-. I've complained 4 times to refund of my money.

For the last two three times, when I order burger from McDonald's, the Maharaja Mac burger is placed in the bag in a tilted position. All the ingredients and material, including the dip, lettuce and cheese spill out in the box. It is a mess.
I am very angry for this messy service by McDonald's. Please fix this and I expect an apology.
