Swiggy — cancelation of order and penalty taken for it | |||
I ordered food from a nearby restaurant. The expected delivery time was 31 minutes but they made me wait for one hour. Later the delivery executive called for asking the exact location and landmark again after 15 mins he asked the same details and came home without any kind of parcel. As i paid for the order in advance when i asked for the parcel he told your order was canceled. When i asked why? He said i don't know and left the place. Already being in hunger and waiting for hours i was very annoyed and contacted the customer service, they holded my call few mins and came back and told me, the delivery person canceled my order, so i was supposed to pay a penalty of rupees 55. I told them repeatedly that i was waiting for the order and i don't want it to get canceled but all they said was no we cant do anything. Was this information helpful? | |||
