Updated by jeet18 I have been charged thrice for same order on 13th Oct.. from Sarvodaya pure Veg Andheri East..
I ordered # [protected] at 1 pm but the delivery
person (Sagar Soni, as per app) never delivered the food, which is showing in history as delivered at 2:13 pm..
I spoke escalated as food was not delivered for more than 1 hour and delivery
person was not reachable, and received call from
Swiggy call centre executive.. he clearly told me to consider this order as cancelled and money will be refunded to my payment mode
Amazon Pay in next 24 hrs and advised me to reorder if I want the food..
I reordered exactly the same food order # [protected] at 2:19 pm and paid again from
Amazon Pay, which was delivered by Ankush Kumar at 2:55 pm.. looking at my account I realised I have again been charged twice for 2nd order, please note the order time 2:19 pm, deliver
person Ankush Kumar and delivery time 2:55 pm is exactly the same and I have been charged twice for same delivery, I really don't know how this can happen. Another order # [protected] was created which is clearly a duplicate order.
Now l have 2 unresolved issues,
1. The cancelled order amount is yet now refunded after 6 days.
2. The delivered food has been charged twice with same order time, delivery time and delivery
person. One amount has to be refunded immediately.
So I have been charged thrice for the same food, is this
Swiggy ehics, way for working, cheating customers, and creating fraud in e-commerce and food delivery space! This is ridiculous and I want immediate resolution . Do let me know to whom this issue has to be escalated at
Swiggy, consumer forum or even enforcement agencies, as I can take this fraud done on me by
Swiggy.
