Swiggy — complaining about missing my items in order | |||||
We ordered for 1 burgers nd paid full amount by amazon pay balance. We received only 5 burgers. It happend second time with us. When we call to customer care to solve my issue. They failed to resolve the issue. 1st i spoke to sabiha she accepted the mistake and tole me to call aft 2 min as she cant keep on hold when i called second time for same topic mr samir answered the call nd again i have to give full information and he was unable to connect my call with sabiha and not ready to accept the mistake and not solving my issue. My lost my money, i didnt got full items in my order. Swiggy is worst to solve queries and jst looting the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
