Swiggy — complaint about amount refund

Respected sir/madam! I have a ordered food from swiggy by online at the date of september29'19; and i have paid order amount through net-banking; but it showed like "your payment for order #[protected] was not completed; if any amount debited from bank will get refunded within 5-7 days: but still now i didn't get any refunded amount from the swiggy eventhough i had complainted on complaint blog of swiggy: plz kindly solvethe issue and refund my amount rs175/-
