Swiggy — delayed delivery, bad food, non cooperative executives | |
Order i placed was first cancelled by swiggy stating there was some technical glitch after i had already waited for an hour. Then they again placed the same order, the items i got were really of poor quality. When i reported this to swiggy, the executive wasn't able to resolve this. For which i requested him to transfer call to his supervisor. To my surprise, not only the supervisor was far less understanding but also non country operative. He finally agreed to refund just 100/- out of the 350/- i had spent for this order, after 30mins of argument. Really feeling frustrated and angry for the way this entire thing went across.
