Swiggy — delivered bad quality food

Hi. I’ve ordered special haleem from shah ghouse restaurant (Swiggy).
And all i’ve received was huge bones and a piece of lemon. Clikced pictures and sent to the swiggy customer support and complaints e-mail addresss. All they had to do is apologise which they’ve been doing for the last 8 orders. This wasn’t the first time. I admit 1-2 ordered in the past were refunded for the bad quality food and also food including unwanted ingredients.
Please look into this. I’ve paid for food and bones and lemon.
