Swiggy — Delivering wrong items and denying me the refund | |
Sub: need complete refund for providing wrong items and compensation for making me starve at 4.30am morning. Ref: order id [protected] Pfa photo of what was delivered. I had ordered 1 gravy and 1 noodles but i got two gravy items. And the best part is that when i asked for refund, customer care refunded me only for the noodles as noodles was not delivered and charged me for gravy. 1. Now, how can anyone eat 2 gravy?? And why am i being charged for gravy when there is nothing to eat with gravy?? Repeated wrong delivery is coming from swiggy often. 2. I not only deserve a refund but i also need good compensation for making me sleep starving at 5am in the morning rather than eating food and sleeping. Swiggy has forgot that we use the app to eat food. Me being a regular customer i. E. I have ordered more than 2000 times on the app easily.
