Swiggy — delivery service | |||
I ordered my items on swiggy and it was shown that my delivery will be reached within 50 minutes. After 40 min when I checked the status it was still showing that waiting for the order to be confirmed by the restaurant. So I called my delivery boy and ge said that my order has been cancelled. I asked why? What is the reason? He said he dont know it has been cancelled by that restaurant. If it was cancelled by that restaurant why did not I get notification. What is the reason for such misguiding?. I presiously ordered from Zomato many times, this does not happen. I did not see such a rubbish system what Swiggy showed today. The worst system. And not only that my offer of 50% on 1st order has been called also, because I tried to order another dish but that coupon was not applicable. A very bitter and worst experience.
