Swiggy — food not delivered and delivery person has switched off his mobile | |||
Dear sir / madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering The issue that i have experienced was: i placed my order with swiggy order no. #[protected] at 1:27am on 24th march 2020. The order was accepted by the restaurant immediately (U. S. Burger point) and the order delivery time was 32mins. As soon as the swiggy agent to pick up the order was assigned i called him and he didn’t pick the call and afterwards this first call his mobile is switched off. It occurred on: 24/03/2020 I want my refund asap and an apology for such a vivacious thing, which has happened first time with me from swiggy’s side. This is not at all acceptable... Alot of my time has been wasted on this. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
