Ordered food on 15th Aug around 8:45, delivery time 45mins from swiggy app from Hotel Empire bellandur. It's been 2 hours food is not ready yet. No proper response from customer support. After calling them for 30mins they picked up now and telling items are not there. What the hell kind of service is this. I am going g to complain this on fb and Twitter as well with all details.
