Swiggy — Food not received and payment has been taken

I ordered food from McDonal's through Swiggy on Dec 31st 2020 at 8:54pm. We did online payment as COD was not available. We called the delivery executive at 9:25PM and he told us that he is picking one more order and it would take 10minutes more for him to deliver. We waited for 10minutes and called him again at 9:48PM but he did not picked the phone and i got a message after few minutes that my order has been delivered. However, i have not received any order till date. I called him more than 10times but he did not pich up the cakl. I also mailed and chatted with swiggy executive. They told me that they will address the issue within 24hrs but i have got no response from swiggy yet. I am highly disappointed as i lost my money. I am not able to claim refund. Below are the attachments of mails and chats that i had with swiggy customer care.I need my payment back.
