Swiggy — got spoiled unhygienic food

Yesterday i have received spoiled food from swiggy. When i complained just got the solution that rate the restaurent.
Poor customer service, highly pissed off with the service, when we reach out to helpdesk for delay in orderd delivery they will call and inform food is unavailable. This happened with me several times, waste of my time, money and we wont get food.

Updated by Thabassum Siddiqua and customer care executive is bluffing that he called me 4 times, when i asked him how come call connected when i reach out to helpdesk he is giving lame excuses. Have asked him to pass the call to higher authority i wanted to talk he just hanged my call so that i would disconnect if i don't get response.
