Onboarding an outlet on this aggregator is becoming a nightmare, every call you make to customers care number it feels we talking to bots.
The outlet is on board after continuous effort for 45 days, and suddenly there is no pod allocated which makes the outlet no serviceable.
These aggregators get their business from the food we sell and customer buys, all the restaurant owners get the feeling that we all are working for these people.

No proper info shared for the area of delivery with the merchant
