Swiggy — I have multiple times raised my refund request, which everytime I check with swiggy chat I get to know there is no refund request only

I have placed an order on 27th July of RS 195 which was deducted thrice. For same I have placed multiple times raised my refund request, which Everytime I check with swiggy chat I get to know there is no refund request only. How many times I will keep repeating the same. And your good for nothing customer care number, what it is for? Neither call connects nor anyone picks if it ever does.

It's been more than 60 days and still the status remains the same. Is this the service you promise to provide.?
