Swiggy — money deducted from account but order wasn't placed.

Amount was deducted form my account but order was not completed.
-this happened at 01:14 am 10/08/2019.
-after selecting my meal, it redirected me on payment page where i applied amount for payment. But later it replied like "your payment for order*xyz* was not completed. Any amount deducted will get refunded wihin 2-4 days!!
And amount got deducted from my account.
-why is it taking 2-4 days to refund when my order wasn't even placed.
Kindly refund deducted amount as early as possible.
