Swiggy — money not refunded

I have made a purchase of Rs.342/- on Swiggy using prepaid payment via Sodexo meal card on March 02, 2018 but my order was cancelled by Swiggy and the amount of Rs.342/- got deducted. As per Swiggy records they have refunded the amount but till now, no amount has been refunded in my account. The details of my card and purchase order are as follows:
