Swiggy — my order of rs 204 cancelled by you on 12/08/18 no refund till date | |||||
I placed an order with swiggy on 12/08/2018. The payment was made online. However the order was cancelled by swiggy because of non availability of food. I was assured that i will get a refund in 2 to 3 business days. However i am yet to receive any amount. I contacted swiggy. They are telling me that refund was initiated by them and i need to contact my bank. This is what can be considered as pure harassment. Do i need to go to bank and place a request for refund everytime they cancel my order. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
