[Resolved] Swiggy — My order was cancelled without my consent

Hi,

I ordered food from lords of chaap today through swiggy and I was tracking the order on the GPS map standing at my window as I do not get enough network at my home.

Suddenly my order was cancelled.

Their executive did not enter my street and cancelled the order. I was there at my window.

Worst part is when I immediately contacted their chat support to to tell them that he has just cancelled my order call him so that he can deliver the order, their team started saying that now it can not be delivered and we will not refund you too for this.
