[Resolved] Swiggy — no refund | |||
I ordered food for ₹1235 on october 7, 2018 and paid via net banking... After waiting for more than an hour... I called the delivery man... He told me that hotel was not responding and he told me if you wish you can cancel the order... I did so... After that i contacted swiggy customer care they told me i would get the refund within 5-7 business days... But till today (10/11/2018) haven't got my refund. Meanwhile i contacted them daily but they gave me lame excuses and never intended to pay... Whenever i contact they are saying you will get within 24 hours... Worst ever service i have came across... Nov 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Swiggy refunded the amount within 2 days after I posted my complaint here...I struggled with them for more than 30days...and this forum solved it within 2 days...hats off..thank u Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
