Swiggy — non delivery of order | |
Dear team, I have ordered food on 9.27 pm but order yet not received. I had communicated with your customer care they said it will take action. But no action is taken and i still hungry. This is not good service and i need to go for consumer court. I have attached screenshot of order status which shows it is still to be delivered.

We have ordered vegetable noodles and vegetable Manchurian from barkath family restaurant which is burnt. We have raised a issue but the response received from customer executive are really bad . We are unable to smell the item also. We are asking for replacement of item.. is it not your duty to replace the item which was bad.
