Swiggy — not received the refund from swiggy for failed transaction | |||
I ordered the food from SWIGGY on 01st OCT but due to connectivity issue the transaction got failed & I didn't received the order from SWIGGY but the balance got deducted from my account via Google pay UPI. I raised to SWIGGY team & they said that your balance will get refund within 24-48 hours but yet not received, I have taken multiple follow-up with team & everytime they confirmed that we have initiated the payment request & same will get received within 24 hours. I have given them multiple reminders on Swiggy Chat but not received the resolution. Amount :- Rs 75/- Date :- 1st Oct-19 Order from :- Swiggy Outlet name :- Nazim Kathi Roll. Payment mode :- GooglePay I have chats details as well, attached the same for reference. Please help against this harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
