Swiggy — online order cancelled but refund payment not received | |||
As subjected on date 18/05/2019 i had order some food from swiggy online food and pay INR 479/- through net banking . my order booked then immediately cancelled. i received the cancel message also. which shows my payment will be back to my account within 4-7 days. But still after 24 days it is not returned. order ID- [protected]. get 1 customer support no. ([protected]) but that is also not responding good. my contact no. is [protected]. I Have ordered food from Swiggy on 2.01 PM 10.June 2019 after checking in status by 2;30 its showing cancelled . without informing / any notification .
Please provide justification for my money & time .
Kindly help me to get refund of Rs 387 .
