Swiggy — Order cancelled after waiting 50 min

Why chat or call service is not available for delay in order or assigning delivery executive. After waiting for 1 hour you are simply calling and telling we regret as delivery person is not able to deliver. Is it kind of joke, you are not telling reason or not connecting with delivery executive even just cancelling or replacement of order. If we choose replacement then again wait for another 1 hour and you can cancel after this also. For you customer is fool.
I will file FIR against this behavior if I'll not get my order now.
