Swiggy — order cancelled without informing customer | |||
I have ordered before 8:30 pm and restaurant was open. However after 9:15pm (Time promised by swiggy) i called to check on my order status, i came to know that my order has been cancelled without informing me. What justification would like to provide??? Giving off on next order is not a solution. Have you ever thought the problem based by me and my family. Could you please help me to understand the below points. 1. Why the order has been placed successfully, when the restaurant was closed? 2. If the restaurant was closed after the order was placed, then why immediately informed to me? 3. If the restaurant was about to get closed in few minutes, why the order was accepted in first place? Could you please answer the above questions Was this information helpful? | |||
