[Resolved] Swiggy — paid money for regular breakfast item but received an mini tiffin that to late

I have placed an order on 31 Dec 2018 on order no [protected] and paid money and my order placed for different items . Food oder confirmed and received food after the promised time but also the food was not as promised, it was like an mini tiffin but the price i paid is for regular tiffin items. Regarding this i have tried to make a complaint through call but not connected( several times tried) and made complaint through there chat but they simply said rs 50 only can be refunded that to in there e wallet so I have not accepted it. Si they disconnected the chat. Tried to make complaint through there mail id but no response for any of my till date. Till date no call response no mail response and also no proper response from any of there executives. Only receiving reply from robots. I need this issue is to solved because swiggy is not providing good foods and good service. They are selling old and not sold foods. They are not at all responding consumers. I need an solution my issue and they should be answerable for every consumers

They provided me the full refund amount of that order as a coupon in swiggy app. That coupon can be used only during the next order purchase only even though it good reply after making complaint in consumer complaints.

Still no proper response from swiggy. Only robotic replies am receiving. Still waiting for the reply from them

Not yet received any response from swiggy. Swiggy is a worst service provider, they won't respect consumers and swiggy will not respond to anyone. One week passed away but no response from them.

I have ordered for 1 mutton Keema and 2 mutton handi from MUTTON CARTE Bhubaneswar, but received basmati rice and 1 mutton Keema. What type of customer satisfaction that will have in the first order itself. I want my money to be refunded.

My no. Is[protected] and in this number the cash on delivery is not applicable why ??
Hi ordered the food and these people after picking up the food from restaurant takes more than an hour to deliver it .
