Swiggy — pathetic service - [protected] | |||
Dear swiggy executive, There is poor service, then comes bad service and after that - in the bottom of it all comes swiggy service. This is my first experience with your service and needless to say it hasn't been a pleasant one. Thats why i am forced to write this public letter. I placed my order at 11:35 pm and waited patiently for something to happen. When i did not see any movement till 12:10 am - i gave a call to your delivery boy. He conveniently said that restaurant is not giving my order - talk to the customer service. I called up customer service - they tried to understand the matter - but finally concluded that some other delivery boy must have taken my order. Now at this hour after 12:30 am - everything is closed and i am sitting hungry, wishing mr. Jaimini & mr reddy had never created this crappy app - alas - its still up and running.
