Swiggy — pathetic service by swiggy

I placed my order today twice first of all the executive was too rude he asked me y did i placed the order if it is far from my house. My answrr is y people place order in swiggy so that they dont have to move for food here n there.
Secondly without my permission my order was cancelled and cancellation fee was also initiated.. Great swiggy pathetic service being provided

Ordered on 15 th august 2019, but as the restaurant haven't accepted the order due to unavailablity of the food. So i was instructed to cancel the order in swiggy chat. So i cancelled it and they told me that refund will be done within 4 business days( as i have previously paid in Gpay). But i still didn't got the return.

Food service is very bad conditions not likely eating
This is second time I ordered from Swiggy. I already mentioned both times I want less or no spicy . But still both times food was very very spicy. My son didn’t even touch the food. I am very disappointed with your service
