[Resolved] Swiggy — refund not received for cancelled order | |
I ordered a pop meal through swiggy after that as it was showing 50mins for delivery i had to cancel the order. I talked with the customer care and they initiated the refund. The order number is #[protected]. Order date was 1st oct 2019. The payment was made through phonepe upi. Order value was rs.145. Usually, these refunds reflect instantly. But as the upi was down that day the transaction might be failed. I contacted the customer care regarding that after 2 days regarding that but they said the refund is initiated successfully and gave me the reference number saying it will take max 5 days. When i visited my branch on the 5th day the manager told me there is no such transaction has been made. When i contacted swiggy customer care on 6th day they just simply told me they have limited access and cant check whether the transaction has failed or not and just saying it, they closed the conversation. This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I hope my issue would be resolved as soon as possible.
