Swiggy — serving cold food

Swiggy is serving cold food in spite charging full money, and denied to replace the order.

I spoke to the swiggy cush omer care executive and he is unable to resolve my issue, as i am super member and in terms and conditions they didn't mention about clubbing two orders. And this has happen twice with me within one month gap. And for super membership we r paying rs. 79/month. And still swiggy people r saying its free delivery thts y we club ur order but they did understand that for free delivery i have paid membership fee.
