I ordered one food on 15.06.2019 but later it was replaced by another food as it was talking too long to deliver because of traffic and the second order was also facing the same issue and that's why I cancelled the order. But my money has not been refunded by swiggy. I talked to the swiggy executive but they are refusing to refund my money. When i have not received any food then why I should be charged.
