[Resolved] Swiggy — transaction failure but money not refunded back even after 20 days | |||||
I tried to place an order amounting to 455 inr on the 27th of september, 2019 through swiggy app twice. The transaction failed twice but the amount was debited both times from my account. I have tried contacting the merchant several times after that but every time they say the same thing that the money will get auto credited back to my account and that they never received the amount as the transaction failed twice. I even tried contacting the bank and they replied that the money is not reflecting at their end. It has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the refund although according to the merchant it should have taken place in 4 to 7 business days. What should i do now? How will i get my money back?
