Swiggy — twice order confirmed and delivery exec is asking me to cancel the order

Order number [protected] and order num [protected] both from 31st may one ordered in the afternoon and other at night... The delivery executive after an hour of ordering says cancel the order... Bike issues and he was near my house, when i said i will come pick it up says they didnt give the food.
I am an absolute regular and this kind of service is not acceptable... The night order i was told to cancel at 11.15 pm (So no food)... And the customer care ex on the app only option is we will give u a refund. This is not done. There is no accountability and these things happen on a regular basis
