Swiggy — unauthorized charge for membership subscription | |||||
I have a swiggy super subscription which is valid till 5th dec'19. On 28th nov swiggy added an additional amount in my order. I realized that the amount is higher than items i ordered for so contacted customer care. They said they have added the amount as my renewal charges for another 3 months. Without my permission and asking if i want to continue how can they renew my subscription a week prior to the expiry of my current subscription?? They refuse to give me the refund. By the way this charge is higher than the monthly charge for 3 months. Was this information helpful? | |||||
