Swiggy — unhygienic food and swiggy says we cannot refund, we will give replacement | |
Hi, i ordered breakfast at 8.10 am today and received a call from swiggy that a part order was unavailable and they told me to select other options from the list. Which i did and order was executed. However, there was a decrease in amount and the agent informed that the difference will be refunded. Firstly, the order items were missing and there was a plastic rope piece in the item. I raised a request with the chat team and they informed that they cannot refund and can give me a replacement. The order was delivered to me at 9 am and after chatting with them for 45 minutes. They say they will replace the item. Meaning that i need to wait for another 45 minutes to wait for the order then eat my breakfast. Not sure if they have any time sense or not. When i asked to talk to a manager, they bluntly say that they are the last point of contact and there is no manager which is again a biggest lie on swiggy. You are running a customer service without any manager for the agents. I am not worried about the refund from swiggy but atleast feel sorry for the unhygenic food that you are delivering.
