Swiggy — unsatisfactory response from the help center

Yesterday i ordered 2 chicken rolls both were sticky plus there was no chicken in them, paneer roll was oily and the main thing chicken breast which was all stale infact my friend got sick after that meal that was surely made with stale chicken things got worse when i talked to swiggy help team and they say that "we'll sure pass your valuable feedback" i mean for last 2 days i am getting worst food of my life and last night that was horrible experience with swiggy. So now i think i ought to have my money right back in my account.
