Swiggy — wrong product delivered | |||
Suffered for three times within 15 days. I have ordered a cake on 1st aug 2018 and which was not delivered to me even the delivery executive's location was showing at restaurant for 2 hours and he did not picked any call. Then the second time again i ordered a red valvet cake of 500 gm and the cake i got was a very normal chocolate cake and which was very small. Immediately i contacted swiggy and they said they can't refund complete amount as they don't have such option and they can only generate a coupon for the previous order and this one and the coupon is one time. Then by using that one time coupon i placed an order on 14th aug but the reataurant cancelled my order saying they do not have the items available. Why we have to pay for something we have not given properly? Swiggy did this third time in a month and they have never refunded me instead offered coupons on next purchase and the coupons are one time only. I have lost around 800 and they wasted my time, exhausted my plans.. Please help me with way forward as i want to sue for these actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
