Through Quicker we paid 50, 000 for dealership for pondicherry. They Committed to give Daily 5 to 7 calls for delivery.They said that after billing within 2 to 3days they will dispatch the product of 1lak but after 10days only i got parcel which contains only medicines which is not even listed in their website Swipejet. Again they ask to wait for the 2nd parcel but till now i didnt get anything and also not even a single order for delivery . Even i tried to contact them, there was no response. So i asked for my refund after so many calls and mail and watsapp, they acknowledge to return back the money by 2parts of 1st and 10 july'17.But they refund only Rs.10, 000/- on 4th July again they are asking me to wait untill they process the balance amount on addition they are threatening if i move legally they wont refund money at any cause. From the day 1 I was very frustrated and worried by making more than 1000 calls and whatsapps ending in zero satisfaction.Now they point at their company financial crisis for refund. I hardly waited for more than I can since no proper assistance I am raising Complaint here. The co-ordinator for mine is Siddharth Singh (A.S.M) [protected] following Sonika sharma, Ragul, Manoj, Animisha Parmar who introduced her as a dealer of chennai and getting more than 5 calls per day.
