Swipe Mart India — online fraud | |
I got a call from swipe mart that my no has been selected for free gift. Then they said i have won samsung led tv. I have to pay 6800 for gst and i paid. They they said i have to pay 6000 for courier and i paid. Then gave a duplicate tracking no and said my product have been damaged. Then they said we will transfer the money through bank and for processing that i have to pay 10000 and i paid. Again they asked 15000 from me and i stopped the process. I am asking for refund from 2 months they are not picking the phone and not repling my mails. Now they are not refunding either money nor dispatching the product. Please do not beleive swipe mart. They are fraud. Not only me. Many of them have been cheated. Was this information helpful? | |

yes itis same experience these fraudsters ae using i also paid Rs.6839/- for the same as above and they are referring two to three courier agents and asking the customers for making payment of rs. 6000/- to 8000/- for shipping and insurance charges for delivery of the product and when i had asked them to cancel the product and return gst amount paid by me on 29th june through my sbi debit card they are refusing to return the amount paid by me who gave them the rights to deceive and lure the customers with false promises and first of all who are they to collect in the name of gst wihout proper invoice and details of products

Did you got the refund for GST you paid...they say that it takes 90 days to return back the GST
Yes its bitter experience for me. I also had asked to pay courier charges, gst, etc for the same. Now they are not receiving any call nor replying to any mail. I've been cheated for an amount of Rs.80K.

Thanks Guys for Your Valuable Comments I have saved myself from this fraud website after reading your comments..
They also called me and told me that I won gift and asked me firstly order some thing from www.swipemartindia.com and then send the order ID..
After giving order ID they will add that I'd in prize draw..
After 2 to 4 days I got the product which I have ordered of 599rs and after I have seen that the product has no brand and that's a local China made product..
After receiving product they called me next day and told me that I have won two category prize draw one is iPad and second is laptop..
They told me to pay 9 percent gst amount which is 6000rs and when I refuse to pay then they told me after paying gift gst amount they will take the product return request which I have ordered..

Do not trust them, tried to fool me too
I have faced same issue they are fraud and I think we should file and FIR against them.They asked me to pay 2000rs for gst which they told is compulsory and asked me to wait for the call from the courier company.Name of the person with whom I had conversation was Isha and guy called as tiwari.
Totally saved my self from the fraudsters after reading the comments here... The lady got so frustrated after i told her i know about what they are upto...
