Swipe Telecom — Dead mobile

Sir,
I had purchased mobile handset mobile swipe elite since 4g on 10 march, 2017 for rs. 7500/- through flip card id od[protected] and since then, the mobile handset is working and is almost dead. I want to replace the said mobile handset or to refund the price of mobile handset.

I handover my mobile k5.1 at your author service centure Indore m.p. on 1st march for touch damage. loosing 25 days mobile not repaired yet.
Very poor response. I strongly recommend to Block that centre.
