[Resolved] Swipe Telecom — Not charge battery

Hello,

I have purchased the swipe virtue mobile hand set from shopclues and the Order ID: 96586351
IMEI/Serial No: [protected] from last 8 months the mobiles battery is expanded in thickness and is not fitting in mobile.
I am trying to contact the service center (which are very rare) but proper response from service center. it is become so much hard to locate due far from my place and nobody answers the phone calls, some of them are wrong number. Really i am surprised what is going on.

Now i am taking the last step to resolve the issue.

Please look in to the matter any resolve as soon as possible(Hope you will replace the battery with new one).

Not resolve, what happened i have already mentioned my email id : [email protected], mobile no. 9868304998, 9540550600. Please solve my complaint, battary is sweline not fit in phone and not charge. very bad service with calling and email complaints is solve. what is the process of company. Goods.
