Swipe Telecom — Pending of swipe mobile service

I purchased swipe mobile on 17.11.2015 hence we send mobile for service on 30.9.2016. still it is not send to me after service. No reply for dispatch of my mobile. I can mailed to company of 6 reminders. my work order copy no:AP-TRP-KTC-096. Nobody take care of my mobile service condition. my mobile no:[protected].kindly dispatch the my mobile the following address: M.NARASIMHULU, DOOR NO:15-257, PANCHAL NAGAR, RENIGUNTA - 517520.ANDHRA PRADESH.
