Dear sir, I have purchase one mobile (Swipe connect neo 4g) online on[protected] as per attached invoice. All the default loaded application was work only after updating the same & we update.in few days this mobile was creating problem for storage full. We have reset it many time but it work a week time ok than same problem will start again. We have find online address of your service center in my city junagadh, & other city of gujarat, they told we have left this company. I have contact customer care many times, line was busy & one day i got some one of customer executive & he replied me to contact company service center in mumbai. I went to mumbai on[protected] and approached your service centre “infinity care, borivali-west” but he could not connect my mobile with pc. After some time he told, your charger connector to be replaced due to water log inside the connector & to be replace on chargeable basis. Mobile was charging/working properly with the pc through my charger, i argue why charges to be paid as this mobile connector is ok & mobile is under warranty period. But they refused to repair my mobile without replace connector on chargeable basis, as there was no other option, i have paid rs. 350\-, and i got the mobile after 5 days replaced connector and reset the mobile & given back to me.in ¾ days the same problem (Storage full) started addition it could not connect with pc. Again i went to service center on[protected] & said about problem was not rectified. Then they have sent my mobile to company for repairing & i came back to junagadh. After long communication to service station they replied after 45 days to collect mobile. Again i went to mumbai (After 45 days) to collect the mobile on[protected] but in 3/4 days the same problem started i came back to junagadh with the same problem. But after few days the mobile was totally off (On[protected] and i am trying to contact customer care no. [protected] daily for 2/4 minutes but could not contact till date. I have purchased this mobile six month back, during this time, i sent it to service centre for almost 2 months & 1 month in off line. Now, where i have to go for repair of this mobile? Is there any person where we can talk directly & send mobile to company for replacement/repair. I have been harassed a lot by buying swdeshi compani’s mobile. Now, pl.
