Swipe Telecom — unremovable virus in system file even after re-flashing by service centre

Earlier, settings app was getting infected every 5 minutes after removing the infected settings app with mcafee or kaspersky internet security.

Now, malware gets installed every 5 minutes. Phone becomes brick immediately. Only after pressing power button for a very long time, phone restarts and can be used again but with malware installed. This happens regularly.

Service centre says there is nothing that can be done.

I demand the manufacturer to release a clean os ota update as soon as possible. I am unable to use my mobile normally and without worries.

Updated by Souradeep Panda This is the system file infected with a Trojan virus through which hackers are installing malware every now and then. Please help. I am unable to get peace of mind, it's very frustrating.

Updated by Souradeep Panda I am getting mentally frustrated. Every 10 minutes or so, the phone becomes bricked and I have to reboot it by pressing the power button for a very long time.

Have I done a crime by buying a new mobile? Please help me.

Updated by Souradeep Panda If I turn off internet service on the phone - WiFi or Mobile Data, then the phone does NOT install unwanted malware apps nor does it become bricked.

Clearly, my phone is under hacker attacks using the Trojan in the system file.

I beg Swipe company to release a virus-free CLEAN OS update for my mobile phone model or at least do something to fix the problem quickly.

Updated by Souradeep Panda Now, phone installs automatically and repeatedly a malware app and repeatedly launches www.aiboo.com/... in Google Chrome.

I used to feel proud of this mobile's capabilities.
Now, I feel disappointed and sometimes disgusted as well.

Updated by Souradeep Panda I have tried dialing Swipe Customer Care numbers given on the internet. None of them can be reached.

Is this a fraud mobile company trying to lure customers using cheap prices and thereby making one-time profits?

Updated by Souradeep Panda Since I woke up this morning at 6:00, I have had to restart the phone by pressing the power button for extremely long time twice already.

I am REALLY becoming paranoid, insomniac and frustrated ever since I am facing this UN-fixable virus problem.

Please, I beg anybody & everybody to either fix my mobile or replace it.

I have send my swipe konnet star plus mobile to company for repairing purpose.
45 days are completed but my mobile is not get repaired. Please provide me reason. If swip doesn't gave response I will complaint in court.
