I placed an order for Blackberry Z3 mobile at syberplace.com on 22 Jan. But team sybeplace did not dispatched the order yet. Then I placed a request to cancel my order and refund my money back but no response. Now I keep on trying to contact them on company helpline and chat option but no one responding. So please help me to get my money as soon as possible.

I had order a product from SyberPlace.com an iball infinito2 of Rs.6549 on 11/1/16 but they didn't provide any notifications about or whenever I try to call them their team didn't pick up any calls l. I email them that I want to cancel my product and return my money back, they immediately cancel my order but when it come to refund my money they didn't did it.
They just gave me false compliment that refund process is 8-9 business day...

I order my product iball infinito2 on 11/1/2016 but they didn't show any update and provide such notifications so I request them to return my money but they didn't pick my phone as well as didn't reply my any mail just gave you a false compliment that your money will be refund in 24 hours or 48 hours but after that they didn't pick my phone.

They confirmed that I will get the refund in 7-8 working days. But afterwards I haven't heard any information from them. this is with the reference to apple i phone 6 order placed via syberplace.com . And to this website i have been routed from my smartprice portal .

These both companies are fraud and frauding ppl together.
They took payments and do not deliver products.

so pls do not buy anything from these websites

I had purched an Apple iPhone 5s from Syberplace and made the payment through credit card.The bank is saying that the payment is cleared but it is still showing pending status on your websit slong with no one amongst your customer care is receiving my call or calling back.This is entirly opposite of things which had happened before booking the mobile.please clarify and elaborate....
