I had placed an order with order #[protected] on 22th february 2016, and done the payment through online on 22th february 2016.
It gets confirmed on the same day and status shows processing,

Also a mail received from them is as

Dear customer,
We have received your order and it has been confirmed.
Your product will dispatch with in 7-13 business days.
Once it is dispatched we will...

I had placed and order(order #[protected] in the month of February 2016. Since then i have been following up with Syber place. Earlier, there was no status regarding delivery of order. When Syber place was unable to deliver, i request for cancellation of order. Order cancellation confirmation was received on 26/02/2016 and i was assured refund in 8-10 working days. Even after 15 days of it, i have not received my refund. My money is lying...

Dear all, myself also a victim of the fraud company.
I have ordered a Micromax smartphone by seeing the smart price on 17.02.16 but item yet to be dispatched.
they have initially responded to my mail by apologizing their technical team missed the order then the product is in high demand

I purchased a mobile Lenovo A2010 4G (Black) on 12 march 2016 but till 24 April 2016 syberplace has not shipped mobile and also has not given any response to any of my emails. I asked them to refund my amount but the same is not processed till date.
