I purchased lenovo a7000 (Black) from syberplace online website on feb 28, 2016. Order no[protected]. Made the full payment from my debit card. I was promised shipping in 7-13 business days. But even after 28 business days my product was not delivered. Customer helpline number of syberplace is always busy or not reachable now its switch off[protected]/57). This site also offline now.Kindly help me in getting my refund. It is a huge amount. Value - 6999. Please for god sake help me. I am providing their email id's.
