My godrej refrigrator developed fault in the month of May 2014 and stopped cooling lower part of the fridge. I accordingly contacted customer care on 27.05.2014 and got confirmation of the same through SMS with Q[protected]. In the said message it is informed that technician shall be visiting my residance on 30.05.2014. However he attended my residance on 02.06.2014 after great deal of persuation and personal afforts. Anyway the said technician namely Shabir informed me and his superiors that PCB of the fridge is to be replaced and this item we have to get from our main store and it will reach within 7 days. However the said item did not reached within the said time and I contacted Mr Avijit Kohli on his No:[protected]. He assured me that it will reach within 2 days as it has reached jammu. But after lapse of another 10 days the PCB did not come to me. The official namely Avijit Kohli is not dealing with the customers professionally. He is just a burden on the company. The PCB was before some days replaced to my fridge and the techinican after installing it caused problem to my display panell. After developing the said fault the service centre people took along PCB and display panel with them and received Rs 1700.00 from me with the plea that the PCB which the service centre has received is faulty and we have to get the new one. Please look into the matter before I may approach Hon, ble court for justice. I have all the call records and documents with me.
